This was a lunch stop in the small town of Princeton which also happened to be a bakery -- it seems to be the place to eat. Actually, I would call this more of a cafe than a 100% bakery, seeing as it looks to be more popular for their hot and cold lunches (including Thai food) and drinks. But they still have a counter of baked goods and bread. I would call it simple, classic baked goods, the kind you would expect to see in a small town: fruit and butter tarts, lots of cookies, macaroons.
We got two types of tarts: butter and blueberry. The crusts were thinner, which I preferred over the chunky, folded shells I usually see here. Both were good: sticky filling with a good top on the butter tart. The blueberry tart was full of fruity flavour, but maybe it needed something like crumble for a more complex taste?

I would say these were pretty good. Not the best from the trip, but still a good place to go to if you don't mind waiting.
